Installation:
Board installed under switchboard. For this, sometimes you may need to cut the springs a little bit to make free space between the MIDI board and switches in the installation area. Skip this step if distance between board and springs is good, or add some insulation like blue paper tape to PCB. 
2. Drill holes with 3.2-4mm drill bit on the next places: 
Take screws, spacers, nuts and install the board. 
Then drill holes for the LED, button and DIN5 connector For example good place at the right side of the keyboard. First step is - drill plastic part, second - drill wood part with bigger wood drill bit and make a canal for wires. 
Drill dimensions:
MIDI jack (DIN5) = 18mm.
LED holder = 6mm.
Push button = 12.5-13mm.
Be careful with drilling hole for button, it have so small range to get hole too big.
Wiring: Set includes ribbon cable with next dimensions for note and other connections.
6 conduct ribbon cable:
C (Do) = 90cm.
C# (Do diesis) =115cm.
D (Re) = 95cm.
D# (Re diesis) = 115cm.
E (Mi) = 130cm.
F (Fa) = 115cm.
F# (Fa diesis) = 135cm.
G (Sol’) = 110cm.
G# (Sol’ diesis) = 120cm.
A (La) = 140cm.
A# (La diesis) = 130cm.
B (Si) = 150cm.
MIDI connector, Led, Button = 190cm.
Out to switch board 2x30cm.
V+, Ground and Bass octave out = 85cm. (3 wire ribbon cable)

How to solder wires:
Here is point to connect: actual voltage under load here is 15V. Connect V+ from MIDI board here.
Process for set MIDI channel: User operations
Stop all MIDI traffic.
To teach with which MIDI channel synth will work, push and hold the LEARN button for a 1-2sec. LED will blink fast four times and stay ON to wait for MIDI messages at one of 16 channels.
Send any note on the MIDI channel which you want for this synth.
When the synth receives MIDI messages, LED will blink fast four times and turn OFF. It indicates that channel was received and saved. Then will ON with every NOTE ON messages on the selected channel.
Now the channels saved to memory and will never change before you initiate the settings process again.
In case of PANIC, or you want to exit from settings - Short push the LEARN button.
PANIC - Short push
LEARN - Push for 1-2sec. LED blink fast.

At moment when synth power on, all keys will be sound less a half second. If on this moment MIDI commands will received on saved channel it can be cause of panic.
This manual can be not so much clearly to understand, and may be edited for fix it without notification.
