K157UD2,К157УД2 replacement adapter

Once repairing Faemi-1M in New York a found that I need to replace a few opamps. Easy might I say in Ukraine, but in US it a bit hard or costs like pure gold. So, I made this adapter with regular dual opamp pinout. I used 4558,
